Fleet Lions Run Monday 2nd May 2011
Bright & sunny - lanes beautiful in full spring glory. Bacon sarnies & lots of tea available on arrival. Very well organised run with no apparent hitches. Lots of bikes of all sorts and ages to see. Approx 45 miles all round with very clear signposting and route diagrams provided. Two adjacent pubs provided an excellent lunchstop. Their car parks were packed, bikes all a-sparkle, a splendid sight to see. A good number of prizes awarded making it worth staying on to the end.
